    I had a Diet Wild Cherry Pepsi, a Gold Peak Diet Tea, a Nature Valley Thins oatmeal dark chocolate wafer thingie, and a york peppermint pattie. I'm working a weird shift today and will be leaving at 3am. I have plans later in the day, so I don't want a full meal before I get home and crawl into bed.

    I just had a soy latte because I was on the run.
  • Homemade breakfast smoothie (50g wholegrain rolled oats, 1 banana, 75g blueberries, 200ml apple juice, 200ml semi-skimmed milk - makes two servings). Plus a hardboiled egg for some protein and an espresso and a peppermint and ginger tea. Total: 316 cal.

    I had the BEST BREAKFAST EVER!!

    1/2 c cottage cheese
    1/4 c quick oats
    1 scoop body fortress vanilla protein powder
    1 tbsp chai seeds
    1 tbsp fat free sugar free jello cheesecake pudding mix dry
    1 banana
    1-2 tbsp milk

    Mix together- stick in fridge until it turns to pudding..

    OMG I always want more!!

    i make a protein shake, 1 banana, coconut milk, nonfat greek yogart, bluberries and ice. I have that on the way to work, and once i get to work i sometimes eat some flax seed oatmeal and an hour later a banana or apple. I also have a black coffee sometimes.

    100 g of mixed berries
    50 g of banana
    1.5 satchels of Stevia.

    It is quite sour to be honest... Lol.
