I think realistically you need to be at the weight that you are most comfortable with. Hard to relate to those people who are a size 8 and want to be a 2???? Seriously it is all relative.
Just be happy and eat healthy.0 -
I am 166cm and 62kg, quite comfy at this weight/size and find it easy to maintain at this level. I have pretty much stopped weighing myself regularly and judge myself by what I look like. I'm continuing to lift weights to improve my physique.
Translated into imperial: 5'5" and 136lb0 -
Mine is 130. I started out at 220 and I'm down to 168 now.0
-
I'm 163.3 pounds and my goal weight right now is 143.3 pounds.0
-
Maintaining now at my ultimate goal weight of 130, +/- 2 or so. But I may let it go up a bit if I succeed in gaining some muscle mass.0

I started at 193 and set a goal for 150.. once i reached that i realized that i want to go further... I am currently shooting for 140.0

I'm currently at 269 and my goal is 145. I've lost 16lbs so far and I'm not stopping!!0

I am 5'4. My highest weight was 201. Current- 147. I want to see what 130 looks like.0

I am 5'5 and weight 155. My goal weight is 125-130.. I need tips and ideas if anyone has any!0
-
Right now I'm 219... my perfect weight would be about 195-200...0

5'4" here~
Goal was 130, got to 135 and changed my goal to 120!
I always thought I was "large framed" and wouldn't look good being thin. Turns out I was just fat! There was a tiny person inside of all that mess the whole time! hahaha0 -
145-150. It's the least I have ever weighed as an adult and I had 6 pack abs at that weight. I tend to have a lot of muscle and when I have had body fat % testing done (hydrostatic, not just with calipers) it looked like that range would be what I could realistically get to without losing too much muscle.0

I'm at 219 right now. I think my first goal is to get to 149 to be at a "normal" BMI. Then, I think I'll shoot for 135. I was very very briefly at 128 and got so many negative comments about looking sickly. It really confused the heck out of me because I still wore a freaking size 12. Sorry to get off on that tangent!0

Right now I am 150. I would like to get down to 135.0
-
Aiming for 150 and will adjust up or down as I see fit (when I get way closer that is) haha0

I have so very far to go that I picked a goal weight randomly. I figured that it really depends on what things look like when I get within 10 pounds give or take. Ideally my goal is more of a size than a number. Haven't worn a single digit size since 6th grade!0

HAHAHA I know the feeling. My mum got remarried when I was 9. I wore a size 10 then. LOL
My goal is just to feel good. I have set myself many "GW" - Simply as mile markers.
I am large build so I am going to aim for 140. Perhaps 130. As long as I still have my curves (not waves and squishy). I will be a happy girl.0 -
My GW is 120, but I'm thinking I'll go down to 115.0
-
I'm 5'5" and my goal is around 120-1300

I'm currently set for 140, knowing that as I go into maintenance I'll probably put back on 5 or so (glycogen/water and such) - I'd be perfectly happy at 145-150. I know that's a little high for some people, but I like how I look at that weight (heck, I liked how I looked at 160 before I had kids), so as long as I'm healthy (which I should be) then that's good enough for me. However, if I get there and decide I want to go for a little more...no biggie, I just keep going. I figure as I get down towards 150 or so I'll see how I look/feel and go from there.
The nice thing about weight loss is that you don't need to decide on a goal weight and stick to it. Go by the mirror and how your clothes fit and your fitness level - the scale is just one tool to measure progress and shouldn't be the sole basis for your ultimate goal.
Anything less than 140 I think is too little. But I am built like an amazon woman.0
