Nacho Cheese Doritos. And we're talking a full regular size bag, not the "grab" size. I am salivating now just thinking about it, ugh. Oh, and just about any kind of cookie.

Sensations, Whole bag gone on auto-pilot. Don't buy them anymore.
  • I could eat an entire block of pepper jack cheese
Or a whole container of breyer's reese's peanut butter chocolate ice cream- ahhh, I'm so glad I rarely ever buy either of those items- I'd be in serious trouble!!!

Chips or bread with spinach dip. I'll open the bag, then a minute passes, then I reach in and can't find any more and I'm puzzled

LOL!! True story. Without guilt? Arctic Zero ice cream!! The whole container is 150 calories! http://www.arcticzero.com/
I have to add stevia to it for a little more sweetness, but it's awesome and the texture is perfect.

Most recently during my relearning of portion control? An entire container of Liberte Coconut Yogourt which is like what 10% m.f. lol.

Other than that I have no "awareness" thing (zone out) while eating chocolate, cookies, cheesecake, pie, streudels (oh man...the cherry ones with chunky sugar on the top), anything pastry-like...

Totally agree. But especially almonds. They're gone and I look around to see who ate them.
