Yay! I missed the gym yesterday, but got out on my bike this morning! I went out for my first SOLO ride ever! I usually ride with my hubby, but he is too good and too busy to ride with me. So he has been encouraging me to just get out and do it, and today I finally did! I did 22.5 miles but felt good enough to go farther. I didn't though because I posted my route on Endomondo to my friends and family, in case I didn't return, they would know where to find me

Goal: 100 miles
Total Completed: 2.4 miles
11/01: 0
11/02: 2.4 miles (around .26 miles on a treadmill w a trainer. I didn't even look at the mileage, but after doing the math, this seems right. 1.78 miles doing redoing W2D3 of C25K)
What a difference a rest day (or 3) makes. Today, my overall pace while doing C25K was 12:15, the pace for the running intervals was 9:52, and the pace for the walking intervals was 15:00. :happy: And, this time, I didn't look down at my phone too much to see when it would be over. :laugh:0 -
