            I've learned portion control over the last nine months. I weigh and measure out a portion and am good to go. But there are some things that I obsess about want additional portions until it is gone.
 Pistachios
 Salt & Vinegar Almonds
 Cornbread
 Before...
 Anything salty - chips, nuts, crackers, or sweet - cookies, cake, pies...0
- 
            Cheddar and sour cream ruffles, the big bag.
 6 inch tuna Subway
 bottle of Sauv blanc
 whole sleeve of Ritz crackers with cheese, pb, or cream cheese
 popcorn (3.5 servings per bag...are they kidding??)0

            definitely wine...Aren't those bottles single serve?0

            ❤ an entire jar of green olives
 ❤ walnuts
 ❤ family size smartfood white cheddar popcorn
 ❤ birthday cake oreos
 ❤ birthday cake golden oreos
 ❤ cherry sours
 ❤ an entire pint of blue bell ice creams: homemade vanilla & strawberry cheesecake
 ❤ family size white cheddar cheez-its
 ❤ chocolate-covered almonds
 Which is why i only enjoy these AT LEAST once every couple of months.
 And this is all coming from an organic non-gmo health nut.

            I can't believe I'm saying this because I really thought they would be very boring but when I start I can't stop dark chocolate covered rice cakes. Think there is supposed to be a few servings per bag and i eat the whole lot every time. Not sure why that happens but damn it's good.0

            I don't have a problem with eating healthy all year and then the Holidays roll around. I have found out I definitely have a problem with Halloween candy thank goodness that is only one day a year I think Christmas might be an issue too.  Might as well throw Thanksgiving in there too though I'm not sure it will be a problem.  Eating out is not so bad I can stay within my calorie goals but I don't like to eat out because I don't know what the ingredients in my food are.                        0 I think Christmas might be an issue too.
