I've learned portion control over the last nine months. I weigh and measure out a portion and am good to go. But there are some things that I obsess about want additional portions until it is gone.
    Pistachios
    Salt & Vinegar Almonds
    Cornbread

    Before...
Anything salty - chips, nuts, crackers, or sweet - cookies, cake, pies...

    ❤ walnuts

    ❤ cherry sours

❤ an entire pint of blue bell ice creams: homemade vanilla & strawberry cheesecake

I can't believe I'm saying this because I really thought they would be very boring but when I start I can't stop dark chocolate covered rice cakes. Think there is supposed to be a few servings per bag and i eat the whole lot every time. Not sure why that happens but damn it's good.

They are peanut butter rice/flour snacks. No MSG so I kid myself they're healthy (they're not UNhealthy).

for me...saltines or oyster crackers. ugh. the calorie content is not a lot per serving...but it is easy to eat many servings.

I don't have a problem with eating healthy all year and then the Holidays roll around. I have found out I definitely have a problem with Halloween candy thank goodness that is only one day a year :) I think Christmas might be an issue too. Might as well throw Thanksgiving in there too though I'm not sure it will be a problem. Eating out is not so bad I can stay within my calorie goals but I don't like to eat out because I don't know what the ingredients in my food are.
