Before && Currents

Starting weight: 239
Current weight:191
Goal Weight: 165-170
The heaviest I have ever been...and also on my Birthday this past June '13
My t-shirts were no long baggy...
I was feeling miserable..and looking it also
THEN....
The results started coming out of nowhere...
I was finally starting to see huge changes.
My confidance has sky rocketed and I am becoming more comfortable in my own skin as each day passes.
It's hard to believe that the pink dress was taken on 6/22/13 and the striped dress was taken just a little over 4 months later.
If you are just now starting on your weight loss journey...TAKE PICTURES. Pictures have been what has saved me from caving in and giving up. Even though you may not see results in the mirror I could always find the results in pictures when i compared side-by-sides. I look at these pictures every single day to keep me accountable and motivated to not give in.
I'm not quite to my goal yet but i'm within the 20-25 pound range and feeling great. Reading success stories and posting some of my "before and current" pictures helps me remind myself that I have already accomplished so much and to be patient with the last of the weight because IT WILL COME OFF. Stay positive everyone and give it your all, WE can do this!

Congrats you look great what changes did you make in eating and exercise?
I stopped drinking pop is the only thing i have really cut out of my "diet". I have no idea how many calories i was eating before in 1 day but i assure you it was probably somewhere around double than what i eat now. I still between 12-1550 calories a day now. I try and workout 4-6 times a week (hip hop abs and Rockin' Body by Shaun T) are the workouts i do at my house. When i do eat fast food, i typically go for the salads (even though i know those still arn't the best for you--they are "better" than other things on the menu) or i get some kind of chicken sandwich. I did cut out fries from my diet since i'm surprised i wasn't turning into a french fry before i started my lifestyle change--however i will sneak a couple from other people when they get there fries so i don't feel so deprived of it. Other than that i just stick to my calorie limit and if i can fit cookies or any kind of chocolate or candy i will eat it and not feel bad at all lol0 -
Congratulations! Such great results in just a few months!

You look totally great!!! I have a few dresses that once I fit into then I'll be ecstatic!!! I have a couple of striped dresses also. One in particular I LOVE, but I need to firm up and lose about 10 more pounds before I'm COMFORTABLE in it. It is rather form fitting, so I need to firm up my mid section first. Keep up the good work!!! My goal will be to get into that dress for New Year's!!! :bigsmile: It would look awesome with boots and a nice leather jacket!0
