My waist, and belly!
Man ... I WISH I lost it there first! That would be so motivating. My face and arms start slimming down first.0 -
extremities and then my face...my belly saw pretty much no change until after my first 20 - 30 Lbs.0

My Liver, apparently.
Before I could see external results, blood tests showed Fatty Liver symptoms abating ..0 -
I hit my 60 day mark today .. and a noticeable difference in my boobs sadly :cries: but my face and my belly all seem to look smaller as well..

Definitely in my thighs and butt! I went down a pant size, but my top size is the same. I wish I'd done measurements on my legs when I'd started (started measurements after I noticed my pants were getting baggy). The measurements say I've lost inches from other places too, but I still feel like 50% of my weight loss came off my legs.
Thankfully, so far I've kept my boobs :bigsmile:0 -

The truth on losing abdominal body fat - forget the diet hype, here's how it really works
If you are a male, abdominal fat is probably the last fat that will disappear from your body. First your body will remove fat from your face and extremities, such as your arms and legs, then it will remove fat from your upper torso, your chest, upper thighs and buttocks, and lastly it will use the fat stored in your abdomen. This means if you are really serious about reducing body fat and you want to get rid of that abdominal fat, you're going to have to take a whole-body approach. You're going to have to get used to the idea that abdominal fat is probably going to be the last fat to go. This isn't what you wanted to hear, probably, but it's the truth.
For women, this means the last place you're likely to lose the fat is on the hips and buttocks. This is something you may have already observed if you've ever tried to lose body fat, or if you've made some progress but couldn't seem to get rid of that last bit of so called "stubborn" body fat.0 -

It seemed to begin at the top and work its way down...the gravity effect, I think. This is perfectly fine with me because I am an apple, so I appreciate that my stomach is now much smaller while hips and butt are not so much.0

My moobs and legs and waist. My belly is gonna be a struggle for SURE!! I've gotta couple hams hanging on the side of my body.0

12 lbs in .. and haven't noticed any difference. Guess I will know if this is true when I see my baby sister at Christmas .. haven't seen her in a year and it it is always when someone hasn't seen you for a while that the differences stand out.

I think others noticed it more than I have. I know my face is slimmer and my clothes don't fit at all anymore. I bought a dress with a tied waist and now the dress hangs on me so much that the waist is around my hips Everything is smaller. I still have a ways to go but when I told my neighbor that he was shocked. That was a great feeling. I think the closer you get to your goal the weight you take off shows more.0

I lost weight in my boobs first LOL. Was a 38D now I am a 34B. I just keep losing there. ugggg.0

Im a pear and my boobs and areas around my face shoulders just disappeared right away. This past month almost all the inches I lost were around my waist. All my fat now is on my thighs and butt. Sounds nice, but my butt is gigantic and not in the good way.0

Tummy, then hips/thighs. But the "skim coat" goes away pretty evenly at the same time, I've noticed the difference in my face, arms, etc. Boobs are the same. :bigsmile:0

Boobs, knees and rear delts: basically all places that were totally fine and didn't need any gone.
I do like the 'cut' look on the delts, but ask me if I'd rather lose mah belly. Why yes, yes, I would.0 -

Arms and upper torso. I suspect stomach will be last.0

Usually goes in this order:

Thighs
Calves
Arms
Chest
Neck
Hips
Waist
Although after a big initial loss of the first 4 they tend to ease off and let the other four catch up then the process repeats.0
