The first set of pictures are from 1 year ago august 2012 (touring green bay hall of fame if you could tell) and my 2nd daughters 1st birthday November 2012 and was weighing around 162 lbs (I'm 5/2)
Second set is from a year later at same daughters 2nd birthday party and Halloween (her birthday is Halloween) and down 30 lbs since! all from watching what I've eaten and doing a lot of Jillian Michaels dvds. first time posting pics, hopefully I did this right

Age: 33 years old
Height: 5' 5" tall
No starvation, pretty much an average of 2300 calories a day, high protein, low fat, following the IIFYM diet the past couple of months, and various beach body workouts...
Before (January 2013), 177 pounds.
Current: 146 pounds

1200cal a day doing weight watchers which on the old system was 21 or 22 points. Took about 6 months to come off with the last 10lbs or so gradually coming of after a year.

Extremely motivational! I am back at the beginning right now, starting at around 218. I cannot wait to get back to my usual 175 so I can breath again. My ultimate goal is 150. I will be lurking here as I progress.0
