    Therapy can do so much for people. I know it has helped me. I am way too much of a "people pleaser" and dealing with that has helped me in so many areas of my life.

    Thank you soooo much for sharing your journey through words and pictures. I've experienced the struggles of the ups/downs of weight gains and losses. And I have found that a lot of my eating is emotional. I do know this, that when I lose weight and feel healthier, then I am happier. I am very happy for you. Congrats to you!
