Started 10/15 after a 2 year hiatus - just ran 6 miles today. Walked the long 2 mile way home. YAY! (I've been running off and on for a decade so it seems like a lot but muscle memory has a lot to do with my fast progress).

Way to go!!! I do the same thing! I was running 4 miles 2 months ago now I'm stump. Hopefully I'll kick myself in the butt and start again soon!0
