    Another mile today. I was trying for more, but my muscles aren't used to it anymore. :( I am going to keep at it, and get my miles back up. I had been doing 3-4 miles every day or every other day in the spring. I know I can do it again.

    But what you're doing is the right thing; listening to your body. :drinker: We don't do it enough.

    Some very impressive moving going on, friends.

    I thought today was a day off but my program actually called for 3 miles, so that's what I did (after lifting weights LOL). That puts me half way, and I've got some big runs coming up.

    Brakes are fixed today, so today I was hauling. Hated the walk yesterday.
