    I would really like to join this group im not sure how these things work its my first day here on MFP. Ive lost about 30lbs on my own so far the last 8 months but have been stuck at the same weight fornthe last 2 months with a back injury and want to get motivated to lose again, please help!

    Yeah a stone would be alot to lose no to Christmas. Any newcomers just copy and paste into a new comment the last comment with the list in it and add yourself in in alphabetical order with your goal!
    Wee sts for me this week after hurting my knee cap and being unable to exercise. Feels ok today so back on the exercise forbme tomorrow!
    Sorry to hear about your dad H, hope he is on the med.
