  • No one's mentioned The Princess Bride yet??? I'm surprised! I've seen it literally hundreds of times since I was a kid. Got it memorized.

I also love What's Eating Gilbert Grape, The Wedding Singer, Life Is Beautiful, and Kill Bill 1 & 2.
  • I love movies so picking 1 won't suffice:

Deparado (Antonio Banderas is sooooo dreamy)
    Blow (Johnny Depp, OMG)
    Kill Bill (1&2)
    Pineapple Express
    Observe and Report
    Death Car and Planet Terror
    Color Purple
Alice and Wonderland (don't judge me)

Center Stage, Larynth, and The Neverending Story 1 & 2!!!

I'm assuming you mean Labrynth, which is funny. I was thinking about the bog of eternal stench last night. I adore David Bowie in that movie.

    "Nothing, nothing? Tra la la!?"

The Usual Suspects is a GREAT movie!!!!! So is Glory and Desperado!

I have a mixed bag of favorites ... Big Fish, The Sixth Sense, Taken, The Patriot and Million Dollar Baby are some I really love that I don't think anyone mentioned yet.

Oh, and since it's the season, I love the Saw series. Yes, they're sick ... but brilliant. Really intricately brilliant.

Revenge movies are awesome. Paparazzi was under-rated, but that was a good revenge movie. And Ransom... And Taken...

The Full Monty for its feel good, laughable factor.
Ravenous for the actors, the music, the atmosphere.
Red Dragon & The Green Mile, same as above.

My favourite 'chick flick' (considering I'm not a big fan of them) is Erin Brochovich
  • Mixed Blessings, Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves & Little Women (With Winona Ryder) It's a 3 way tie for the top for me! :) The Notebook scene when young Noah says "It wasn't over....it still isn't over." In the rain, it gives me goosebumps and the part where he says "So it's not gonna be easy. It's going to be really hard; we're gonna have to work at this everyday, but I want to do that because I want you. I want all of you, forever, everyday. You and me... everyday." Oh I could go on for hours, I guess that would have to add The Notebook to the top too so it's a 4 way tie. lol ;)
