    chicken breast baked with salsa and cheese on top, grapes, string cheese, and crackers. I feel more full when I have lots of little things to eat :smile: Then an apple for later before my post-work run.

    Wow, what a list of good food! Sure beats soggy supermarket sandwiches!

    I had pumpkin soup and a scotch egg. Both homemade of course!
  • I just ate breakfast (oatmeal, toast, and eggs with hot sauce). Having grilled chicken green beans, and chocolate shake for lunch.

    Lean Cuisine Meatloaf (I know...YUCK!). But dinner is crockpot turkey chili leftover from yesterday!

    Kale salad with lime juice, olive oil, half an avocado, sliced cherry tomatoes, and shaved almonds. A few pieces of dark chocolate with hazelnuts and currants for dessert.

    Curried Cauliflower Rice with chickpeas (awesome Martha Stewart recipe)

    Breakfast was awesome too- everything bagel with whipped cream cheese and lox. Yummo!

    I made a salad with romaine lettuce, put some olives and feta cheese in it, and used Opa greek yogurt caesar dressing (60 cals, 4g fat). I also had a cup of progresso light soup. :)

    Well, my lunch sounds the most boring!! :laugh: A cup of 2% cottage cheese, a tablespoon of honey, and a banana chopped into it. On the side there is half a (natural)peanut butter sandwich on a whole grain sandwich round...for afternoon snack: a protein (30 gr) shake and homemade beef stew tonight :happy:
