My invention, it is very good, I think anyway.
4 oz. Butternut squash, baked, mashed
4 oz. Acorn squash, baked, mashed
1/2 cup Raisin Bran cereal
2 tsp. brown sugar
sprinkle with cinnamon
Nuke in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and eat.
It works out to 202 calories, 51 carbs, no fat, 6 protein, 17 sugars

Oh trust me, it is very good. I could really over eat on it, but I know I can't. And the squash keeps me 'regular'.0

Great and some of us will probably forget the sugar. Sounds great to me.

Switch out the sugar and the raisin bran for something else and you may have something there!0

I like it sweetened. What do you purpose I put into it to make it sweet. I refuse to use any of the 'fake' stuff. I was always told the Raisin Bran is good for you. Do you have another cereal in mind that is better?0
