I had a (delicious) Chick-fil-A sandwich for lunch. I fit it into my calories, but it definitely wasn't the healthiest choice.

a pomegranate...I feel guilty, because I'm going to the store to get about 10 or MORE before they go out of season  It's a good guilt though--kinda good, guilty that they are so expensive:noway:

Well I feel no guilt, but here are some of the tastier things I've eaten today:

    - Tilapia burrito from Mucho Burrito (obviously with the guacamole) - 700 amazing calories
    - a couple of my kids Halloween chocolates
    - peppermint bark chocolate from Starbucks

    Yum.

cookie dough. I had already logged three small cookies and then ate a cookie worth of dough, too. I don't mind...just readjusted the log and had the calories for it. But I could not help myself ;-)

FRIED Eggplant Parmesan. Which amazingly was under the "Healthy Options" at the restaurant I went to. I did only have half of the leftover portion for dinner tonight. It doesn't come with pasta but is also stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach and some sauce poured over top.

So bad but so good. Still way under calorie goal for the day though...

No guilt that is food related.

However I will be drinking tonight, so who knows what I'll end up regretting. :drinker:

:drinker: Yup me too. Alcohol is 100% my downfall.

Starbucks Venti Salted Caramel Mocha. 510 calories.

An extremely rare moment of no self-control. I couldn't even limit myself to a tall.

I could have made a better breakfast choice - I had Reese Puffs and milk.

I don't feel guilty, but I could have had an omelette.

i really haven't. um i guess an energy drink (sugar free) would be the closest thing to guilt.

I haz a sad reading through this thread.
  • 8 cookies and 4 pieces of chocolate. I wouldn't feel bad about 2 cookies, or 2 pieces of chocolate, but I just lost it today.

    They were awesome though...

    and don't say "nothing." : )

for me, i had a six piece pickled daikon radish roll w/ginger as a "snack." (I typically don't have afternoon snacks; thus, I feel guilty). all in--200 calories.

I will say " nothing ". Guilt is not a concept I relate to. I decide what I eat and when and there is no reason to feel guilty.....it's very easy.
If you usually don't have a snack, today you did. " usually " means " more often than not ", but includes the possibility that you do some times and today was one of those occasions. Why you feel guilty is beyond me.....unless it's the only food you had in the fridge to feed possible children , who now have to go hungry...:o).
