    I'll say 80% of my success came from what I ate. I try to keep a positive attitude....

    Bringing the effort in the gym -- I'm fortunate I suppose -- that I just enjoy working up a sweat! It's tracking the calories as I got older that I've had to make a new habit out of doing. Thanks to MFP I can say I'm now logging everything and I find it fun! It feels almost like a game and there's nothing like a cold number staring back at you to assist in reining in the chow downs.

    Mollie that is absolutely fantastic! You look amazing and even better I bet you are feeling amazing! I needed to see your post today. I've lost 70 but have 135 more to go - get so frustrated because I don't lose every week. It's taken me 6 months to lose the 70 pounds. Any tips to keep that scale moving?
