So who weighed in this morning, and how much did you gain??
I am up nearly a pound (.8 to be exact) but expect a full pound drop by Sunday.

I don't even want to know! ;-) I'm not stepping on the scale again until Sunday.0

Up 0.2 lbs. No real gain.0

This is true for me also. I feel so bloated plus its TOM so I'm going to give my body a few days to deflate lol and try to drink a lot of water!0 -
I actually lost .2 lbs. :drinker:0
-
Not a single ounce. There is something to be said for moderation and significant exercise calorie burn.0
-
Don't have a scale and not worried. I figure I ate about 700 over my maintenance, so I shouldn't have gained any weight!0
-
I'm up 1.6 pounds OH YEAH I know I definitely didn't eat THAT much food though, so it'll be gone in a couple days. I enjoyed the heck out of my Thanksgiving though!0
-
Not going to weigh in for a week or so because I'm sure with all that I ate yesterday, it was a lot of sodium and sodium makes me gain so...yeah, not even going to weigh in right now.0
-
I weighed, stayed the same - however, I'm still up a few and need to get that back in check.0
-
Down a pound and a half.
I'm awesome like that:flowerforyou:0 -
.9 I thought it would be much worse... what can one expect when they consume over 3500 calories in one day!!! My diary is open if anyone wants to verify that!
Nom,Nom,Nom....

I ate about 400 calories more than maintenance plus yesterday's exercise and did not pick up a single ounce this morning. This was very unusual, because i gained a pound the last time I had that many calories (at Sunday's big family dinner), and that took several days to disappear. Off to the gym anyway.0

i felt a tiny bit more bloated than usual this morning but nothing ridiculous! i had small portion of everything and then seconds of a select few. did way better this year than many past years combined.
eta: i did a session of insanity before i ate too0 -

Nice job!0 -
Up 2.5 lbs but I know it's mostly water weight
Not worried about it

3 lbs gain, and I'm certain it's just water weight from all the carbs and salt. I regret nothing.0
-
Just .2 lbs. I didn't eat a whole lot though, and also worked out.0
-
Eh.. who cares?
ETA- I lost 1.6 lbs as of this morning. :bigsmile:0 -
I feel like the only American who didn't celebrate turkey day, but no weight change.0
-
I was UP 2 lbs. but didn't log it because it will be gone in a day or so. I enjoyed the day and overate but who cares. I don't do this every day.0
-
Down half a pound and ate 2,000 calories over !!!!0
-
None! Treated it like every other day. Not ready for those days of indulging YET.0
-
Didn't weigh and tbh it's not something that I particularly care about. I ate more than I intended ( OH NOES! NOT ON THANKSGIVING!) and had a good time on Thanksgiving. I noticed when I looked in the mirror this morning that I hadn't gained back the 90 lbs that I've lost, so I must not've eaten all THAT much0
-
After two big calorie days I'm up .5lb this morning. It will probably be gone tomorrow.0
-
I'm up 5lbs. I did a complete carb refeed, 460g total, and ate 1400 over my TDEE. It's just 1 day and it's all water weight from the carbs and sodium. No worries.0
-
I didn't weigh myself!0

I'm down a Lb...
You do realize that you didn't actually gain 1 Lb of fat right? You do realize that weight loss isn't linear and weight maintenance isn't static. Natural fluctuations can easily be 2-5 Lbs day to day. You probably had a bit more sodium than normal and/or more carbs than usual causing some extra water retention...or it could be your feast is still digesting and a bit of extra waste in your system...it isn't fat though.0 -
The scale was a lb. higher this a.m. but sometimes that happens regardless. A high calorie burning workout will probably (hopefully) take care of that.0
-
I am down, .80
-
I'm up 1.8 pounds x.x
Which is semi-reasonable considering I ate 4,710 calories yesterday, ouch.
It would be nice for SOME of it to go away though, which I'm sure it will based on how I'm feeling right now - I definitely consumed lots of sodium, I feel it! >.<0
