I have to say mine is plow or folded plow pose!
I enjoy shoulder stands and then going into plow and folded plow.
Great way to finish a class!

I haven't gotten to handstands yet! Maybe someday.
Haha I love pidgeon and child's pose! I could totally fall asleep doing both.0 -
Wheel or crane. The focus I muster for either feels like meditation--so empowering.0

Upward dog.
It feels soooo wonderful on my back afterwards.0 -
Pigeon! My hips really love the stretch after a long run.0
-
Extended Puppy Pose
I'm not flexible, but I love to watch that!0 -

I love the feeling after half twists when you bind! So amazing.
(is the pose really called "Half Lord of the Fishes Pose"?)0 -
Cat/Cow pose, bound angle pose, downward facing dog, and lord of the dance pose. Usually get a good stretch with these.0
-
Corpse Pose, Tucked Turtle, and Eagle Pose.0

LOL @ Irish yoga!!
I like too many poses, for different reasons If I want to stretch most all of what I need stretched at once, I love Reclining Frog Pose. I come into that one from the top back. Pushing off the floor doesn't really do it for me the same way (same with wheel).
This one:
For another full stretch feeling, I love Pigeon where you lie down over the front leg first and then do the various back-arched things. Move the front leg a bit to finish with a split and everything is stretched out so great!0 -
The one where I get to lay flat on the mat....hehe. I suck at yoga, but Im giving Bikram a chance atm.0

Bow pose!
When I'm doing that regularly, my back pain is completely gone. My gym is training a new yoga instructor though, and she has pretty much only done standing poses during the last few classes.0 -
Shivasana - after all the other poses!0

peacock pose...its hard, requires strength and balance and when I am doing it and holding it I feel the rewards of all my time on my mat building into it as an exquisite finale (can't always manage it...like when I am focused on primarily bikram and not as inclined to the vinyasa practice)0

Reverse triangle....but I love yoga so I have to admit that my favorite pose changes daily:-)0

Happy Baby!0

Pigeon is my favorite for resorative relaxing poses, but as far more active ones my favs are warrior 3 and dancing shiva. It took me a while to get those so when i do them now I feel pretty proud of my hard work.0
