this post could not have come at a better time. I'm plateuing right now, been stuck at 76-ish (kg) for the past two weeks, and I can't help wondering what I'm doing wrong. Reading your detailed analysis is making me realise there are actually many factors that could be masking my true weight, including a high-salt sushi meal, pms and an unusually strenuous workout (so my muscles are probably still recovering). Thank you for posting this!!
