Here's me at 176lbs:
and four months later at 145lbs:
I'm down another 3.6 since then and still going!
I'm now at my goal weight of 127lbs, so I thought I should update my before/afters:
More before pics:
After pics:
I finally feel like I'm going to be able to keep up with my two boys as they grow! I'm still running 3x a week, as well as taking a core and Power Yoga class.0 -

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the community (although I have a MFP account for a couple of years now), and I've been battling fluctuating weights for all my life. I'm 5'4-5'5, and my weight has fluctuated between 60kg to 74kg throughout my adult life. Over the past 1 year, due to a city move and work changes, I have been more sedentary, and I hit my highest ever weight at 74kg. I stopped going to the gym for 14 months. I was miserable, lethargic, hungry all the time and even my complexion was dull. My hair didn't look healthy and I couldn't wear a lot of my old clothes.
A few weeks ago, I was trying on my dresses for a friend's wedding. I was shocked that I couldn't fit in many of my dresses. Granted, I haven't been shopping for new clothes for over a year, but I could see that I've gone up from a UK size 10 (UK size 6) to at least a UK size 12-14. This has really hit home for me, and I realised that I have to do something about my weight. So, I started going to the gym regularly, and I've started eating healthy as well.
There are times when I feel so weak and I wanted to give into temptations. When I see the temptations, I would come to this thread and look at all the amazing after-photos. You ladies have given me the motivation to continue working on my body.
Right now, I'm 68kg, and I'm nearly halfway there. Thanks so much!0 -
Wow!! You all look so amazing!0

Just back from the gym/weigh-in and am just 2 lbs off my "goal weight" of 133lbs and 10 days to go until my wedding!!
I've gone from 156lbs to 135 lbs in just over a year and a half.
I saw the biggest change when I started doing weights last July so anyone struggling to see much improvements with cardio only it's worth getting a gym instructor to point you in the right direction and giving it a try...0 -

I'm 5"4', started at 160 lbs. I'm now around 135 lbs, my scale broke so I'm not exactly sure lol. I'll be starting maintenance whenever I get a working scale.
I did the -20% TDEE method and only did POP Pilates on YouTube in terms of exercise.
