Goals: lift 3x week, cardio 3x week, dress up for the day (class, errands etc no baggy shirts !!!) size 6 at American eagle !
Joan- I once really struggled drinking water, I found that if I added a lemon or a lime it really helped. I also invested in a nice nalgene water bottle that holds 32 oz so I didn't feel so guilting buying water bottles at school ($1.50 a bottle got expensive). Now my goal is to drink just 2 bottles a day, seems less daunting than 8 glasses,..all the same but I like to hear two rather than eight lol0 -
