    I've made these. A touch of garlic and herb like basil go a long way on these. They are a little blah, but great for sandwhiches or mini pizzas!! Make sure that the bowl and mixer/fork is completely dry or the egg whites won't fluff. They should be so stiff that you can turn the bowl upside down without them moving!

    They're ok. Also found all over the internet as Oopsie Rolls.

    With full fat cream cheese it works out to 62 cals apiece, 1 g carb, 2 g protein, 5 g fat. Cream cheese has a small amount of carbs.

    They are good, called oopsie bread. Kinda look like English muffins, a little more gentle to the touch though. Keep them stored in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator.

    You can even make them in the form of lady fingers and use to make tiramisu. Really nice.
