    Its amazing how different you look! Yes ,you might not know how much it helps us when you guys posting before amdbafter pics. That exactly what keeps us going! I cant wait to get where you are... It is possible ... i can see it now.. Thank you sooo much!

    You are inspiring to me because I, too, started out at my heaviest which was 255. I am down 20.2 pounds in 10 weeks and I FINALLY realize I can do this, am doing this and WILL do this. FOR ME! Thanks for sharing your story. You look AWESOME!
