What are your most frequent foods? Are you proud of them?

Options
I just checked my top frequent foods by clicking on the frequent tab when I enter my food in my diary, and I was so so proud!

They were:
1) Coffee (haha)
2) Gluten free rolled oats
3) Almond Milk
4) Chia Seeds
5) Banana
6) 100% Whey Protein Powder
7) Mixed Garden Salad
8) Soy Protein Powder
9) Apples
10) Lowfat 1% Milk

Boom. I really try so hard to focus on health and wellness, and I can see by my frequent foods that I'm killin it!

Mine are all healthy because they are the fixings for my morning smoothie. It's not really indicative of the way I eat all day, but I'll take it!

    5. Eggs
    6. Onions
    7. Strawberries

I don't think anyone would guess I eat a low carb, high fat diet based on this list. I not unhappy with them and I do eat those things a lot but I wonder how the list is populated? Butter, heavy cream, and beef are just a few things that come to mind that I know I eat more frequently than say strawberries and tuna fish.

I am too dumb to find the most frequent foods list. I can pull up the frequent foods by meal but they're just alphabetized, not in order or frequency. Help a sister out?

You all are pretty darn healthy. Mine's less interesting because I'm a creature of habit and pretty much have the same or similar breakfasts.

But notable in my top 10 is . . . TEQUILA

That can work both ways. I'm not always proud of my top ten, but it doesn't represent everything I eat.

I eat a lot of fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds. Love my dark leafy greens. Flax oats, lean protein. Occasional treats. :) Lots of water, green tea...and one bug mug of coffee in the morning...which I earn by drinking 24 ounces of water first. I'm pretty proud!! :)
