That weight is about caloric equilibrium. I had the stupid idea that dieting for awhile would make me lose weight and then I would not have to worry about it. It never occurred to me that I was eating to maintain my weight. Eat less, weigh less! Duh! Seriously, it was a eureka moment! I feel pretty dumb admitting it.:embarassed:0

Best advice I got was when I decided to quit smoking and I was complaining about the cravings. My coworker told me "You gotta be able to say 'no' to yourself.".
It make self discipline seem so much simpler.0
