Drink tea. Like, a ton of black, green, or Earl Grey tea. Make sure it's caffeinated, and not sweetened. You'll stay awake, and tea is really good for you.
  • Neither. Make yourself green tea.

i drink monster like 4 times a week the no cal one....I can't sleep anyways if i ever get sleep it's probably like once a week when I'm extremely overly exagerate tired. Otherwise I just lay in bed and end up sleeping like 6 hours even if i stay 12 hours in bed :P
  • A lot of people will tell you monsters are worse and Coke is better because of the sugar, or they just don't trust em. Heres one little bit of information a lot of people don't know.

I run track and Cross Country in college and my coach won't let me touch pop, in any way. But Monsters are O.K. There is only one reason for this.

Phosphoric Acid. The enemy of all athletes. Hard to notice if all you drink is coke, but if you aren't much for coke and your an athlete. Hurts your bone density and isn't any help at all. Carbonation isn't the problem.

It's alright to drink monsters in Heavy moderation, but if your an athlete, Pop is a big no no until after the season is over.

    five hour energy
  • It does keep you awake, but it can also be dehydrating. I love tea though! Always drink it so I don't crash during the day!
