OP: I'm assuming the macros you listed were Per slice if you divided the cake into 6 pieces?

TL;DR I just wanted to understand OP's macros listing in the original post because when I recreated it with specific ingredients, it was quite a bit off until I started doing some math.0 -

What does everyone do with all of the leftover egg yolks?
rinse them down the drain with cold water.... cuz if they leak outta your garbage bag, they make a mess lol
why wouldn't you eat them? seems a waste of egg yolks0 -
Hi All!
So my fiance made a protein cheesecake this weekend that's really healthy and tastes absolutely AMAZING!!! So, I figured that I would share the recipe with you :-)
Protein Cheesecake:
8oz Fat Free cream cheese
1/3 cup egg whites
1 egg
2 scoops of vanilla whey
vanilla
cinnamon
lemon juice
Blend/mix and pour in greased pan and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, then cool in fridge for 45min/1hr.
Macros per serving (makes 4 servings) - double the recipe for a thicker cheesecake!
132 calories
1g fat
6g carbs
22g protein
if you double the recipe the macros are (4 servings)
264 calories
2g fat
12g carbs
44g protein
ENJOY!!!!!!
Why fat free cream chesse? the full fat ones taste better, and has fat, which is good for you.0
