Help me learn from my mistakes

No one was bashing, attacking or bullying you. I was questioning your advice because it was not clear (to me, anyway) exactly 'what' you were advising.
You're backpedalling a little. You just said "The junk food you love has to be replaced with healthier snacks." Now you're saying one piece of cake is fine, but not two... What is your stance, moderation or elimination? I'm confused. It is not unhealthy to moderate yourself to eat healthier. Your statement is an oxymoron. Instead of pigging out on two pieces of cake, I try to limit myself to one piece and maybe jello or something more healthier, how can that be bad advice. There are foods that are unhealthy when pigged out on. Not sure about you but I can't do deprivation, but I can replace to limit these foods, most doctors would agree with me.
Geez, it was one piece of advice. I didn't think this community was full of such bullies. Just like you are free to make suggestions about what works for you withou being attacked so am I. Why behave in this manner? If you have different advice, say it, and let her decide. Great welcome I am getting. Didn't know it was "that kind of community".
Like Wikipedia, where anyone can edit, here, anyone can advise.... But there will be debates and requests for clarification if something is unclear and that's a good thing. It's certainly nothing personal.Don't worry, I will be leaving this blog. I am been a member all of one week, and gotten nasty replies. Apparently, this is not the best place to give and share "OPINIONS" without a freaking debate. Best of luck....0 -
Like I said, you're the "expert" with your 2,000 posts. Read over what you wrote, and then tell me it was friendly, "questioning, just for clarification." I may be fat, but I ain't stupid. Most of us are on here to find a welcoming environment, not to be attacked.0

Are you speaking to me or someone else? I have read over what I wrote: All I said was these three sentences:Like I said, you're the "expert" with your 2,000 posts. That IS requesting clarification, not attacking. Have a good night and don't take things so seriously, no one here wants to make you feel unwelcome. :flowerforyou:You're backpedalling a little. You should discipline yourself from eating high calorie food and fatty food. Doing the "After 6" method is always helpful. Doing a Zumba workout while wearing a Flex Belt which strengthens muscles helps,
