    Height: 5ft 4in or 164cm

    Clothes Size: Started at size 18AU now generally at a size 12AU depending on the cut.

    Bra Size: Started at a very tight 18E now a 12DD

    Waist: Started at 51in Now at 35in

    Hip: Started at 54in Now at 41.5in

    Dates on Photo are in Australian/English date format - Has taken me just over 7months so far. I still have about 20kg to loose at the moment.

    I keep the motto that I have "Before and During photos because there is no After for me" simply because I don't want to put a limit on where I will stop. I never thought I could loose 10 pounds when I changed my life around, much less 122 pounds!! So I am the only limit there is. I CAN do anything that I set my sights on and so can others!! I love looking and reading all these success stories!! So motivating and inspirational!! Way to go everyone!!!!!

    Pic on the right is me Sept 2013 195 pounds, Medium shirt and 34 waist.
