My personal favorite that does is an argument with a 90/10 or 80/20 clean eater arguing semantics with an IIFYMer who eats mostly whole foods.


Now today I am suggesting we have a philosophical battle royal between a 16:8 or 14:10 IFer and people who just don't eat breakfast...

what say you fellow internetters? I'm also open to other suggestions for potential rolling arguments or threads that would get locked in a hurry.

    I would like the cardio vs. lifting heavy contingents to settle their differences. Alternatively, I would like the "clean eaters" vs. "I eat pop tarts and ice cream" people to battle, just so I don't have to read about it any more.

    It's such a huge misconception that the IIFYMs people sit around and stuff their faces with junk all day long. I have no idea what has turned this into a belief for so many and what logic they've used to justify it.

    Of course we know the ultimate breakfast food IS leftover pizza! Unfortunately I haven't had any lately, just oatmeal and protein bars with the occasional bagel with egg. :yawn:
