Hey
So I've recently lost weight, but my legs have gone quite skinny! I don't like it, I prefer to have them a bit more chunky. What exercises should I be doing? And should I be eating anything in particular?
I do a few classes a week at the gym including kettlebells, body pump and legs, bums and tums.
Thanks

Run.
My daughter's father calls the chunky, muscular legs "rhino legs". Strong and solid. He loves it.0 -
Strength train and eat at a calorie surplus. Make sure to pick a program you like and stick with it0

You'll ruin your thigh gap with all that strength training. You need to do yoga to lengthen your muscles.0

I heard juicing is better than using your teeth. It helps you detox.0
