Please can someone help me with my weight loss plan?

Hello
I weighed 146lbs at the beginning of last week, I currently weigh 140lbs, I've been sticking to around 1200-1400 kcal a day,I haven't been doing any exercise although I am stood up all day at work. I'm 5ft 3' 20 year old female, my goal weight is around 110lbs.
Sorry if I haven't posted enough information not quite sure what you would need to know, anything else just ask.

If anyone else is around the same weight/height as me would be interesting what you are doing to lose weigh /maintain your weight

You said that you weighed 6 lbs lighter last week? Sounds to me what you are doing is working well. My fitness pal only recommends losing at the most 2 lbs per week. Now I know sometimes it can fluctuate up and down but overall the most should be about two pounds per week. What are you eating now? High protein, high fiber, low carb??? Also, working out can definitely help burn extra calories and help you reach your goal faster. If you don't know where to start, walk for about 30 min to an hour per day at first and then find something with more impact and resistance later on. Exercise. Start that. It's important to get your heart rate up every day. Start slow if you aren't used to it, 10-15 minutes per day, then gradually increase. Make sure you eat back some of the burned calories so you don't go below 1200 net calories.0
