  • Wow amazing! Great motivation  :
I'm 5"2 and in feb 2013 I weighed 235 pounds (107kgs) I have lost 92 pounds (42kgs) so far, would love to lose another 22 pounds (10 kgs). The stubborn tummy fat hasn't budged yet! Can't wait to get to my goal weight of 121 pounds (55 kgs) and tone up as much as possible. Can't add a pic from my iPad here, but there is a pic on my profile.

    Bump.

My profile picture right now is from about 5 months ago, when I was just starting my lifting program. I need to take an updated pic.
  • Great job ladies!

I'm restarting this week at my highest weight (113) trying to get back to between 92-95. I'm 4'11-ish. I'll be taking weekly progress pics and blogging about my experience.

also feel free to message or friend me, I love having other short friends :)

I'm 5'3" and started at 160 (my heaviest ever) I had been hovering around 143 then 148 then 154 and I had enough. When I started I did not think I would make it past day 1... One day at a time!!!!

I am not at my goal weight but not I feel absolutely AMAZING. Did not know that it could feel so great to try on clothes when they all fit!!

    SW: 160
    GW: 115
    CW: 132

More important goals: Size 0-4, Six pack and finish the Spartan race in May

1st the "ICK" pic... around 155 ish... This past summer

  • Wow! These pictures are amazing from everyone. I was 15 stone at my heaviest i am now 11 stone and 2 and a half pounds, would ideally love to be 10 stone by April, which will bring me back down to a dress size 12, and then i am hoping i could maybe be down to around 9ish stone by the time we fly to turkey in august. Me and my other half want to try for a baby, but want to get in as much shape as i can before we start trying x
