Slept in till 12, going to happy hour with a friend then working out tonight. Cardio was yesterday, today is strength.0

I ran a 5k race! New pr of 26:04 by 48 seconds too! And it was 24F, 12 with the wind chill! Very happy with this!

Sure did, worked arms for about 60 min, hit the eliptical for 15min0

Nope. been lazy so far today. But getting up soon to get some work done and will get some exercise in today. probably do some Just Dance on Wii.0

I did 46 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes of snow shoveling. Gym was open but didn't want to drive in snow to get there so did it at home.0

My gym was closed so just did a 20 minute walk.0

Day 1 of the C25K program.
hannakengu - good luck with this. I started this programme last Jan (2013) and couldn't run for 30 seconds to begin with. Finished the plan in the 9 weeks and have continued to run regular since completion. I ran a 5K in May and a 10K in July.
In answer to the original question:
I ran 7.1 miles today. I've joined a group challenge and foolishly put forward that I'll run 60 miles by the end of January.0 -

I SO did not want to get up today. But I did anyway and did a 2 mile run and some Pilates. My New Year's resolution was to make no more excuses, so I knew I better not fail the first day!0

I went for a walk! I am starting to exercise for the first time in a long time. Yippee!!!!0

If by exercise you mean get my hung over butt out of bed and drag myself to the couch, then yes. :laugh:
