    Yes, skated for an hour, walked 3.62 miles, climbed 19 flights of stairs. 30 Day Shred, Couch25k, 41 flights of stairs, and probably [read:hopefully] another six miles on foot.

    Now time to make breakfast.

    Sure did. 2 hours and 25 minutes walking in the hills of our woods in sub zero temperatures.

    Yes I did! I did cardio with some HIIT. Not my favorite, but today was a cardio day. I lift 4-5 times a week which I like much better. Happy 2014!! :happy:

    I did my first workout of the New Year at 9:00 am I plan to do another tonight at 9:00 p.m. :)

    Yes sir, and I don't regret one second of it! 50 jump rope along with 3 rounds of 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups as a warm-up and 250 jumping jacks for time. Completed in 8 minutes and 24 seconds.
