Hey guys, so with the rolling in of the new year and thus new years resolutions, I have decided, as someone who struggles with binge eating disorder, to give myself an 8 week challenge and see if I can kick the habit.
So basically through January and February; though I would love to see some fat loss, my main goal is to develop healthier habits with eating.
Anyone else interested?

Hi, definitely a challenge I would love to join! Perfect timing for me, I've lost a little bit of weight but still haven't managed to kick the binge and emotional stuff yet.0

Yes I am in! I have had a binge eating problem for two and a bit long years now, and while I have lost some chub my binges have got in the way and really slowed down progress. So yes I am ready in 2014 to really kick the habit, I am already two days since my last binge and willing that this is 2 days of the rest of my life binge free. Lets do this0

added both you guys! should I create a group or something?0

Good luck to you all. After over a decade of suffering I managed to kick it in the butt through diet changes and amino acid supplements. It's been 7 years since I pulled myself out and I wish you all so much love and support. You can feel better.0

Haven't binged since February of this year. I still occasionally get the urge but I won't let myself give in. Last time I fell off the wagon I gained 60 pounds. Never again!!!!0

Nice to see I'm not the only one I'm down to try it, I have the same problem and it's ruined my weight - it's so exhausting and I want to get rid of it for good!0

This is exactly what I need! Add me in! Do you think we could add a 8 week challenge of tracking our food daily along with managing binging? Just a thought.0

Please add me, thanks!!!0

Always up for a challenge! Please add me.0

I would love to join! Ultimately I'd love to lose some of the 20 pounds binging caused me to put on (in my experience 20 can become 50+ all too quickly!), but right now I'd be thrilled just to have a healthier relationship with food!0

Binge eating is my nemesis! I can put away 4000 calories no problem and destroy weeks of hard work in just a few days. I would really love some support from anyone else dealing with the same thing!0

Add me!0

This is just the thing for me! Please add me as a friend and too the group!0

I'm in. Had a rough start to the year, but ready to be a part of a great accountability group. How do I join the group? I searched for 'binge' but couldn't find it.0

I am definitely in for this... I never used to be a binge eater, and suddenly I cannot stop myself from eating anything that is in front of me, at any hour of the day or night :sad:0

Yes please, would love to be part of the group...add meeeee!! Been a binge eater (didn't they used to call it a compulsive eater back in the day??) since a teenager, and despite temporary success with WW and then multiple failed attempts at dieting, have repeatedly fallen off the wagon and into a vast pit of endless secret coffee cake. I'm now 41 and 220 lbs (I make that a gain of 4 lbs per year, every year for the last 21 years), so I'm pretty good at it.....0
