Which bootie workout is best?

Options
I started with just my elliptical, did JM 30 Day Shred, moved on to Turbo Jam, graduated to Turbofire (my FAV), and sneak in JM Body Revolution here and there. My arms look great, my legs are pretty good, and I've got good defintion in abs :). My biggest trouble area continues to be my bootie. I'm looking into Butt Bible or Brazil Butt Lift. Any opinions out there? I'm leaning towards Brazil Butt Lift - should I go w/ the base kit or bite the bullet and get the deluxe kit? Thanks!

Well whatever you do don't do squats. Those things ruin your *kitten*.

I got fantastic results with Brazilian Butt Lift and Chalean Extreme (a lot of heavy weight squats). Honestly, I think you're better off getting Chalean Extreme or another weight lifting program.

I have an old knee injury, so lots of squats cause considerable pain. This is why I'm looking into something that shows me multiple types of bootie exercises - not JUST squats.

Gotcha. Well in that case I preferred Brazillian Butt Lift over the Butt Bible. Neither are strenuous- but I just found BBL to be more fun, while Butt Bible got repetitive very quickly (for me).

Pilates! :) Seriously, amazing results. Also? Weighted bridges. Those you can at least add some weight to without performing a squat and injuring your knees.

Either you mentioned will work. I like Butt Bible - but Pauline can kind annoy the EFFF outta people with her commentary, so you might hate it.

I moved on to Strong Curves.

bump ... I squat a LOT ... and HEAVY ... That has worked for me. Anything lower body gets the job done. I walk at an incline on the tredmil. I don't have any DVDs or anything.

I am always down to try new things ...
