Favorite Kitchen gadget

So we just got a new fridge and it put me on a kitchen organizing binge. I was out at the store looking for some organizing accessories and was amazed by EVERYTHING out there that I have been missing! I love kitchen stuff almost as much as I love new pens lol.

My favorite thing that I just got was an over the door pantry organizer from the Container store. I put it up today and my pantry looks so organized and clean. Food wise my favorite thing is my hand stick blender, make my smoothies with it every day.

What is your favorite? Or something you want?

This might sound silly, but I got a tool to remove the stem from strawberries and I'm really excited about it. I used to cut off the tops, but I wasted so much berry that way! Now I spend less money and waste less berries.

Mr. Coffee Cafe Barista espresso machine.
Wide assortment of chop mats - I need a ton of them because I eat a lot raw fruit and veggies.
Just got some new stainless steel no slip mixing bowls for Christmas - really heavy duty ones, they are soooo nice.
As far as organization - I have a standalone pantry from Lowe's where I keep cans and dry goods. Would not be able to live without it.

My Hawkins pressure cookers. Nice and small. Half quart and quart. Much better for a single or couple compared to gigantioid American pressure cookers.
