Hi everyone. I too need get I lost I am actually a massive kick up the bum. Have been on this site for a couple of years on and off and managed to lose over 20lbs and get much fitter. In the last 3 months, however, I have totally fallen off the wagon and eaten loads of bad stuff and done minimal (ok none) exercise. I got on the scale on Thursday and not only have I put on the weight I lost, I have actually added another 4lbs. I'm so disgusted with myself, so please add me and feel free to boot my *kitten*!!!!0
