    My photo is my dog and is several years old. That photo was for the Christmas calendar for her collie rescue group. I took it in a place where I walk with her all the time. I have some photos behind it that are from April 2013 when I started MFP. I need to put new ones up because I've lost 43 pounds since then and grown my hair out.

    THE BEFORE is Christmas 2011 BUT I was 304 pounds then, and when I got on the scale in Oct 2013 it was still 304 pounds, EXACTLY! LOL .....so even though I am sure I was probably as high as 310, maybe even a little more, i never "outgrew" those clothes....so I used that as my before pic, cause it was the only one I had that was even close to full body...(someone snuck the shot)....
    THE AFTER is from yesterday....January 3, 2014.....

    A year and a half old. It was at a 5K race/obstacle course (a foam-fest race --- So fun!) that I did with a friend and family, and I remember thinking how much easier it would be if I were not as fat. My picture is a reminder of two things - how far I have come (I never thought I would be able to do a 5K just 5 years ago), and how much better I will feel when I get the rest of the weight off.
