And here we go again !

HI All,

My name is Caz and like so many others of us here I need a bit of help and motivation to try and get the weight off then keep it off.

I'm 39, 5ft 4 and weigh it at 17 st - which is just starting to give me noticeable health problems - mainly around the joints and back.

I've always been a bit of a yo-yo / fad dieter and although I know all the basic rules I seem to have an enormous amount of difficulty sticking to "basic healthy eating plans", this is mainly because if I'm honest with myself I'm very very lazy.

So if anyone can cope with trying to help me keep to the straight(ish) and narrow I'd really appreciate the moral support.
