Thank you for the ideas :-)

Part of the reason for posting was to stop me from walking straight to the kitchen, but to stop and think about the food I was going to eat.

I would dance around the house for 7 minutes to "earn" an extra 36 calories, then try any one of these:

Awesome suggestion. Make room for something good.

That was a good idea :-)

My input was to ask if you've drunk enough liquids, this is normally the reason I'm hungry.

That is a really wonderful idea, and I think that fact is more important that eating a few extra calories today. Taking a step back gives you time to plan a mini-meal that will be satisfying and nutritious instead of mindlessly stuffing your face.

What I mean by that is, take the time to plan a satisfying mini-meal, and it's not a big deal to go over your calories by a little. 100 calories or so won't make or break your long-term success, but feeling deprived might derail you.

yogurt activia without sugar always help me and I put cinnamon on top.

also rice or corn crisps fill me up (the simple non sugared ones) 2 big ones is 60 calories (the ones i eat).
