Suffering a tummy-bug; no running today (unless you count my multiple trips to the "loo.") :sick: Hoping to make it up tomorrow, but may be down for the count for the next couple days. Very little food/fuel taken in today which will definitely lessen the chances of having the strength tomorrow, but I'll make it up over the next couple weeks. Be well, everyone.0
