1 Fit & Active Whole Grain Wrap - 90 calories
2 egg whites cooked in PAM - 34 Calories
1 slice 2% Fit & Active American Cheese - 50 Calories
1/4 small zucchini, chopped - 5 calories
1 small mushroom, sliced - 2 calories

I heated the wrap in the microwave for 10 seconds and laid the American cheese in the middle of it.. Sauteed the Zucchini and Mushroom in PAM for a couple of minutes, added the egg whites. Cooked. I put the egg mixture on top of the cheese in the wrap and wrapped that sucker up and enjoyed!

Total Calories - 181

    At 5am I had a piece of wheat toast with homemade apple butter. When I got to work I had 1/2 cup quick oats & 1 tbs ground flax seed made with water, at 10 I'm going to have 1 egg scrambled in the microwave inside of a pita pocket, then at 11:30 I'll have a fiber bar. Is all that considered breakfast since it's all before lunch?? :bigsmile:

    1/2 of Kashi Go Lean cereal
    fiber, protein and carbs for a good days start! :wink:

    1/2 cup steel cut oats w/ tsp of brown sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    2 large boiled eggs
    = 305 calories!

    Chocolate peanut butter protein bar
    Stacy's simply naked plain pita chips w/salsa
    Quaker cheddar cheese mini rice cakes (9)
  • 1 package -Quaker Oatmeal-100
    1 tbsp- Ground Flax seed-30
    1 tbsp - agave nectre-60

    1 pak - crytal light -10

    total cal - 200!!!!!

    I eat this the following lots of days because it is my favorite:

    1/2 wholewheat tortilla
    1/4 egg substitute
    1/2 low fat havarti

    I put everything into the tortilla and then grill it on my mini grill and the tortilla gets hot and crispy. It tastes so good, I am never deprived! And it is a whole 150 calories, so there is room for fruit or juice or whatever.

    I'm not a huge breakfast person so I actually have to make myself eat something. Usually a Kellogg's Fiber Plus bar does it for me :smile:
  • I had 1/2 of a Yoplait thick and creamy strawberry yogurt, would have had all of it, but my 1yr old decided he was having the rest! :laugh: lol

    I also had a cup of coffee w/ vanilla caramel creamer...:embarassed: bad me! I justify it by saying the sweetness of the creamer negates the need for sugar...lol

    Normal breakfast is 2 eggs and provolone on a toasted bagel thin, a banana, and an orange juice.

    I didn't do as well as the rest of you. One Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (yay!)......and a slice of yellow cake with chocolate frosting (boo). It looks like the gym and I have a hot date tonight! :laugh:
