look up mug cakes.....I find them a lot on my instagram news feed. the best thing about them is you can change the flavors to whatever you are craving. Quest bars also work well for me. Microwave them for 30 secs and its a low cal high fiber treat.

So I tried the protein mug "muffins". Really good! I made it a little different because I don't love protein powder.

    -3 Tbsp egg whites
-1 scoop Trader Joe's chocolate whey protein (16g)
-1 tsp cocoa unsweetened powder (5g)
-sweetener of choice (I used Stevia)

    Microwave for 40 seconds.

I posted this earlier in another thread:

    Deglet or Medjool Dates (pitted)
    Almonds (raw, non roasted)
    Dried, unsweetened coconut

Blend in the food processor, roll into balls ... Optional: add some cocoa powder for chocolaty flavor (substitute walnuts for the almonds, German chocolate cake balls) ...

Tamari (or regular salted) roasted almonds
    Medjool Dates (Pitted)
    Walnuts
    Optional: Cocoa Powder

Food processor, roll, boom, done ...

    Dried Figs
    Walnuts
    Cocoa Powder

    "

    Peanut butter
    Dried Tart Cherries
    Dates

    "

Also, if you are feeling adventurous, you can Google "How to make your own homemade Pane Forte" ...

My favorite: 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt with 1/2 T. honey stirred into it
OP said no dairy (or fruit, or dark chocolate).

    Thank you for actually reading!

Check out a blog called 'chocolate covered Katie' for some healthy desserts. Best ones are choc chip cookie dough and anything with peanut butter :)

    Oatmeal raisin larabars

    ■1/2 cup raisins (80g)
    ■6 tbsp quick oats (30g)
    ■1/2 cup walnuts (40g)
    ■1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pulverize the oats in a food processor, then add all other ingredients and blend very well. Form into balls or bars. (If you want, you can portion the dough into plastic bags before smushing the bars, so your hands don’t get sticky.)
Makes 6 balls at 112 calories each

Slab some peanut butter on a rice cake and top with sliced bananas and chocolate chips. Easy, quick, and delicious!
