    Thanks. I do still have quite a bit of toning to do. That's my goal throughout this year. I bought a home gym system now and will be strength training with that about 3-4x a week.

    ETA - as you build muscle you may see the scale go up - You should get one of the body fat monitors - the kind you hold out in front and it measures your body fat - i got one on amazon and it was around $40.

    Also, just think of how much easier it will be to be pregnant and have a baby if you're stronger!

    I actually do have one of those. It's an Omron brand and it measures me around 22.3 percent body fat. Goal is to be 20% or less by the end of the year (or before I get pregnant if we do decide for baby #2-we'd start trying in September/October)
