    That looks absolutely incredible!

I don't normally eat pasta/noodles, but if I did, this dish would be it!

Sauteed peppers, spinach veggie burger, potato and mushroom mini-pies (they look bad but taste great).
    500 kcal

I think it all looks great and sounds delicious - are the spinach veggie burgers and the potato and mushroom mini-pies something you make? Can I have the recipe? If not, Where do you buy them!? hah
I didn't make the veggie burgers :( They're made from spinach, tofu and rice. I may try some reverse engineering someday because they're really tasty. Unfortunately I buy them in Italy!
The mini-pies are home-made and very easy, here's my recipe (for 2 people):
    400 g potatoes
    150 g fresh champignon mushrooms
2 slices of American Cheese (I used Kraft singles)
    Sauce:
120 g soy cream (or any cream)
    20 g grated parmesan
    salt, pepper and parsley

Cut potatoes and mushrooms into thin slices, briefly boil the potatoes (4-5 minutes) and sautee mushrooms to get some water out of them. Then you just layer potatoes, mushrooms, chopped american cheese and the sauce.
I used silicon baking cups to get mini-pies but if you use a saucepan you'll basically get a lasagna.
Oven bake for 30-40 minutes (180-200 °C) and you're good to go.

    Buon appetito!

    OK hope this works

Home Made Pizza. This version was only 456 Calories for the entire pizza!! It was very yummy!!

    Made with the following:

1 Sun Dried Tomato Basil Wrap Tortilla
    1/4 c Ragu Pizza Sauce
1/4 c each of onion, red and green bell pepper
    15 slices Turkey Pepperoni
1/2 c of Fat Free Mozarella Cheese
Topped with a little Italian Seasoning

Bake until cheese melts (approx 15-20 mins on 350-400) until you get the crispness you like.

Of course the possibilities are endless! Next one I make I will probably add some broccoli and tomato? Mushrooms could be added (I don't do mushrooms lol)....It was very filling!!!
