I'm just starting out on this journey and I'm definitely in need of support. It's easy for me to encourage others and remind them that they can do it, but you know how the saying goes "easier said than done", that's what it's like for me. I have a lot of stress and stuff I'm dealing with right now and I know I have just been using it as a reason to put off working out and improving my health. So please help me if you can.0

I do!! I started yesterday and after tracking what I ate today, I'm feeling a little disappointed! I feel like it would be nice to have someone else to motivate me!! I guess you don't realize how much you eat until you start writing it down! It has definitely made me think twice before something crosses my lips! I've got at least 100 to lose, starting small though I'm hoping for 40 (plus my doctor is strongly suggesting that much at a minimum). I'd be happy to part of a group, or just a day to day fitness posting buddy. Today I actually got on the elliptical in the corner of my bedroom, yeah it was 10 minutes and now I'm sore BUT I got on the darn thing right? :bigsmile:0
